7. Nike x Stussy All Court Mid
Seasoned veterans in the collaborative shoe game Stussy once again teamed up with Nike in 2011 to celebrate their 30th anniversary with the release of a trio of All Court Mids. Two leather versions of the ‘XXX’ All Courts were made available for public release whilst a third canvas pair, featured here, was also produced as a ‘friends & family’ only release.
The All Court Low is a Nike model that has experienced a huge surge in popularity over the last few years, thanks to the likes of Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Fragment Design, however it wasn’t until the Stussy anniversary collab that the Mid-version began gaining widespread attention also.
A faux-snakeskin material matched the simple colourways of the upper perfectly with additional detailing such as the Stussy imprint under the sole and the reinvented Nike logo on the ankle helping to make the All Court Mid one of the most memorable collaborative efforts of the year.
